He earned his MBBS and MD in General Medicine from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and completed his DM in Medical Gastroenterology from IPGMER, Kolkata. He also holds MNAMS certification and is a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG, USA).
Dr. Khurana’s areas of excellence include upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, PEG tube placement, intragastric balloon placement, EMR, POEM procedure, and advanced therapeutic endoscopy. He also performs innovative procedures like Anti-Reflux Mucosal Ablation (ARMA) and Argon Plasma Coagulation (APC).
